Girls at MIS and MJHS interested in basketball need to be on the lookout for calendar information for summer skill clinics and open gyms. Announcements will be made in the morning at both buildings once dates have been selected.

Visit the "Workouts" tab to find links and information to skill drills and individual workouts for athletes.

Visit the MJHS website to find the Athletics webpage for concussion protocol information, directions to other schools, and general sports updates and information.

Apr. 15: Details are being finalized for the girls basketball summer program in 2019. Come be a part of it with us! Summer is the best time to develop and reinforce fundamental skills that are vital to taking your game to the next level.

Mar. 25: Spring Break has arrived and so have individual ball handling, shooting, and post offense workouts! Visit the workouts tab to view them. Regardless of your position, shooting and ball handling are critical skills that need constant attention!

Jan. 03: Happy New Year everyone! Time to take stock of who we are and where we want to be. Take risks, get involved, and enjoy your opportunities. Multi-sport athletes make the best, most well-rounded athletes. TRY NEW THINGS.

Dec. 18: Thank you to all athletes grades 6-8 that participated in girls basketball this season. We appreciate your commitment and work ethic. Thanks Coach Lowe, Coach Greene, and Coach Tonelli for your dedication to the growth and success of our athletes. Special congratulations to our 8th grade girls basketball award winners!
